We sell digital products (e.g., the Calm Prompt Vault, printable downloads, and related add-ons) delivered instantly via systeme.io. Because access is granted immediately after purchase, all sales are final.
1) All-Sales-Final Policy
Once your payment is processed you receive instant access to the files/portal, so we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Accidental purchase
“I thought it was something else”
Lack of usage or results (our products are educational/self-guided)
Tip: If you have questions before buying, email us and we’ll help you choose the right product.
2) Limited Exceptions (We’ll Make It Right)
We will review a refund or credit case-by-case if any of the following occurs:
Duplicate charge / double purchase of the same item
Technical failure on our side that prevents access and can’t be fixed within a reasonable time (usually 48 hours)
Unauthorized/fraudulent transaction on your card (with evidence from your bank)
Incorrect amount charged due to a processing error
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
3) Subscriptions & Memberships (If/When Offered)
You may cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us.
Cancellation stops future renewals; no pro-rated refunds for the current billing period.
Free trials (if offered): cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
4) EU/UK Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
If you purchase from the EU/UK: digital content normally has a 14-day withdrawal right, but not after you consent to immediate access and acknowledge you’ll lose that right once delivery starts. At checkout we obtain that consent; therefore no withdrawal applies after access is granted.
5) How to Request Help (or an Exception)
Email support@feelingcalmer.com within 7 days of purchase and include:
Order email and order ID
Product name
Description of the issue (screenshots if technical)
For fraud/unauthorized use: bank/issuer evidence
We aim to respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/PayPal to post it.
6) Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We provide fulfillment records (download logs, access timestamps) to your bank if a dispute is opened.
7) Price Adjustments, Coupons & Bundles
Discount codes must be used at checkout; we can’t apply them retroactively.
Bundle components are not refundable individually.
Temporary price changes and promotions are not subject to price matching.
8) Taxes & Currency
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes/VAT are calculated at checkout by our processor and are non-refundable where law requires remittance.
9) Updates & Access
We may update products over time. Access terms are stated on each product page; we may retire or replace products at our discretion. Retirement doesn’t trigger refunds.
