1) Who we are
Feeling Calmer provides digital wellness products and related content, including the “Calm Prompt Vault,” printable resources, and membership or coaching add-ons.
Our sales pages, checkout, email newsletters, and customer portal are powered by systeme.io (Avenue Digital S.A.S.). Payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal.
2) What we collect
a) Information you provide
Account & contact: name, email address, password (hashed by our platform), country/region.
Billing: payment method, billing address (handled by our processors; we do not store full card numbers).
Support messages & surveys: any details you share when contacting us or responding to forms.
Community/feedback content you choose to post or send to us.
b) Information collected automatically
Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, time on page, referring URL.
Cookies & similar tech: See Section 8.
c) Information from partners
Advertising & analytics data from platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (e.g., ad performance, attribution).
Systeme.io account/checkout events (e.g., purchase completed, refund issued, email engagement).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive health information. Our products are educational/wellness tools and are not medical care.
3) How we use your information
Provide and improve our products and website.
Process orders and payments, deliver digital files, and manage access.
Customer support and troubleshooting.
Email communication you request or consent to (order confirmations, onboarding, tips, product updates, marketing).
Personalize content and offers based on your activity (where allowed).
Measure and improve ads (e.g., Meta Pixel) and understand traffic sources.
Legal compliance, fraud prevention, and enforcing our Terms.
Legal bases (EEA/UK): performance of a contract, consent (e.g., marketing emails; cookies where required), and legitimate interests (site security, basic analytics, improving services).
4) Sharing your information
We share data only as needed to run our business:
Platform: systeme.io (hosting of pages, checkout, CRM, email delivery).
Payments: Stripe and/or PayPal (payment processing, fraud prevention).
Analytics/ads: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (e.g., Analytics/Ads), and similar providers.
Infrastructure & tools: cloud hosting, email sending, file delivery, customer support tools.
Legal/compliance: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.
Business changes: if we undergo a merger, sale, or reorganization.
We do not sell your personal information.
5) Data retention
Customer records & purchase history: kept as long as necessary for our services, accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
Email marketing records: kept while you are subscribed; removed or anonymized after unsubscribe plus a brief suppression period.
Analytics data: retained per provider defaults or as minimized/anonymized when feasible.
6) Your choices
Email & SMS
Unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email or contact support@feelingcalmer.com. Transactional emails (e.g., receipts) will still be sent when you buy something.
Cookies & tracking
Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some features may not work without them.
For interest-based ads, you can use platform controls (e.g., Facebook Ad Preferences) or industry opt-outs (DAAC/NAI/YourAdChoices where available).
Do Not Track
Most browsers allow a DNT signal; we currently do not respond to DNT because there’s no consistent standard.
7) Your privacy rights
Canada (PIPEDA)
You can access, correct, or delete personal information we hold (subject to legal limits). Contact support@feelingcalmer.com.
EEA/UK (GDPR/UK GDPR)
You may request: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and to object to processing (including direct marketing). Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents can request to know, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. To exercise rights, email support@feelingcalmer.com. We won’t discriminate for exercising your rights.
We will verify requests and respond within the timeframes required by law.
8) Cookies & similar technologies
Essential cookies (e.g., session, security, checkout) – required for the site to work.
Analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) – help us understand usage and improve the site.
Advertising pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel) – measure ad performance and show relevant ads.
You can manage consent for non-essential cookies via your browser and, where offered, our on-site consent banner.
9) Children’s privacy
Our site and products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
10) International transfers
We operate using third-party providers that may store and process data in countries other than yours (e.g., Canada, the U.S., EU). Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures (HTTPS, access controls, platform security) to protect your information. No system is 100% secure; please use unique, strong passwords and keep your account details safe.
12) Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites we don’t control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
13) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. We’ll post the new Policy with a new effective date. If changes are material, we’ll provide additional notice where required.
